Our founder, Lauren Briggs, envisioned Core Wellness as more than just a wellness center. With her background as a NICU nurse and her passion for health, she sought to build a place where busy individuals—especially parents—could access a variety of services without compromise.

Hello! My name is Lauren Briggs, I am originally from Arlington, TX. I moved to Lubbock to go to Texas Tech in 2020 and fell in love with the city & people here! I am now a Registered Nurse currently living and working in the Neonatal ICU. With the help of my friends and family I have been able to get Core Wellness off of its feet. This business is a passion of mine. I hope you all enjoy as much as I have!
